John Croll was appointed the CEO of Media Monitors in 1999.
Chief Executive Officer
John Croll has been active in the media intelligence industry since 1982 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Media Monitors in 1999. Prior to his appointment, John held sales and operational roles with Croll Communications and Media Monitors.
John is a current Executive Vice President of FIBEP, the International Federation of Press Clipping Bureaus and is a member of the Association of Media Evaluation Companies (AMEC) Copyright and Licensing Commission. John is also a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia and the Institute of Company Directors.
In addition to his Industry appointments, he is a Board member of the Australian Paralympic Committee since 2008, a member of the Media Advisory Board for the Salvation Army, Eastern Region and a Director of the Australian Science Media Centre.
Nimesh is a CA Qualified CFO with a MBA from Australian Graduate School of Management a Commerce degree from UNSW

Nimesh has more than over 15 years experience as an executive in the media and Internet sectors with experience gained working in the Australia, UK and many parts of Asia. Much of Nimesh's experience has been gained in growing companies.
Before working for Media Monitors, Nimesh was the CFO at the Asian social networking site Friendster. As the Global CFO, he was responsible for managing the key Financial and Statutory obligation of the company and was actively involved in Corporate and Business development initiatives.
Nimesh was also the Finance Director at Fairfax Digital for seven years and responsible for the entire Financial operations of the division as it experienced exponential growth.
Gregg Amies has extensive leadership, sales and monitoring industry experience, previously holding senior management positions in corporate investment, retail and media companies.
Chief Executive, Australia & New Zealand
Gregg Amies has extensive leadership, sales and monitoring industry experience, previously holding senior management positions in corporate investment, retail and media companies. Prior to his business career, Gregg served as a commissioned officer in the Australian Army. Joining Media Monitors in August 2001, Gregg has held a number of senior positions including Business Development Manager and State Manager Victoria/Tasmania.
In 2006, he was seconded as General Manager - Rehame, responsible for the integration of this major acquisition. He was subsequently appointed Group Sales and Marketing Manager. He became General Manager Australia & New Zealand in July 2007 and Chief Executive ANZ in 2011.
Gregg currently sits on the advisory panel for Media, Communications and Marketing for RMIT and works out of Media Monitor's Melbourne office.
Cameron has 15 years experience working for market leading media services companies, with significant international expertise across Australia, The United Kingdom and Asia.
Chief Marketing Officer
Cameron has 15 years experience working for market leading media services companies, with significant international expertise having worked in Australia, The United Kingdom and Asia. He has held senior management and consultancy positions spanning Marketing, Client Services and Consumer & Market Intelligence. Cameron has overseen Media Monitors' expansion into Malaysia and Singapore and led its transformation to a 24/7 business with over 150 employees that service the regions leading multinational and local organisations. Before taking on the role of General Manager of South East Asia, Cameron was State Manager of Victoria & Tasmania.
Cameron holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology majoring in Economics and Marketing, and an Advanced Diploma in Direct and Interactive Marketing from the Institute of Direct Marketing in the UK.
Chief Executive, Asia
Tay began his career with Reuters plc where he held roles in sales, marketing and business development over a ten-year period. Thereafter, he was involved in running two start-ups in Singapore invested by the 3i Asia Pacific Technology Fund. Tay has worked extensively throughout Asia Pacific region, including Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Prior to joining Media Monitors, Tay was General Manager, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan for Reed Elsevier’s LexisNexis, where he transformed a traditional print publisher into an industry leading brand serving a broad-based clientele.
He holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the National University of Singapore.

Ian has over 20 years experience in corporate communications, specialising in issues management and public affairs. At Media Monitors he is extending the offering from information to recommendation as clients have indicated a keen desire for advisory services backed by the 360° traditional and social media coverage that only Media Monitors provides.
Ian came to business, establishing the issues management company KORTLANG in 1989, after a successful career as a political strategist, public sector departmental head, management consultant, diplomat and army officer.
Ian’s political career includes being Campaign Manager for successful election campaigns in Australia & New Zealand and Chief of Staff for the Honourable Nick Greiner, AC & Honourable Andrew Peacock, AC.
Ian is an authoritative political commentator on TV and radio with a regular program segment “The Spin Doctors”.
Amanda has over 15 years experience in human resources, and has managed HR functions across the Asia Pacific region in both multi-national and ASX listed companies.
Executive Director, Human Resources
Amanda is responsible for leading a team of HR professionals across the Media Monitors Group to design and implement strategic human resources, payroll, and organisational effectiveness practices to ensure our people are motivated, innovative, empowered and accountable. Ensuring that we have the necessary skills to deliver against our strategic plan.
Amanda has over 15 years experience in human resources, and has managed HR functions across the Asia Pacific region in both multi-national and ASX listed companies, including Graincorp, BMC Software, Philips Electronics and Boral. Amanda has a business degree, and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Joe De Battista has strong technical, governance and commercial experience.
Chief Information Officer
With over 22 years in senior management roles in ICT, Joe De Battista has strong technical, governance and commercial experience. Over this time he has developed key strengths in change leadership, strategy, financial and partner relationship management. Prior to joining Media Monitors in 2003, Joe held several positions with the SGS Group (A global testing and verification organisation) in Australia during the early 90s, progressing to SGS Australasia and then a global role with SGS Group Management in Geneva.
Euan oversees the continuous improvement of all systems and processes that support the production workflow in Media Monitors' six key markets
Executive Director, Production
Euan Fisher has been involved in the media intelligence and marketing industry for more than 15 years. He was been involved in a wide range of roles over these 15 years from selling sponsorship, researching public opinion, analysing the media, improving systems and process to lecturing at university.
Currently, he is Executive Director, Production, where he oversees the continuous improvement of all systems and processes that support Media Monitors production workflow in its six key markets.
Euan has developed a profound understanding of different cultures having set-up departments and worked for many clients throughout Asia. He also worked for a short time in Chicago for a technology consulting company.
During his time at Media Monitors, he has overseen the Analysis product and service in all markets in which the company operates and grown the Analysis department from 20 staff to more than 60 full time staff.
Euan holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours and a Master of Arts by research from the University of Queensland and a Diploma in E-Business form the Australian National University College. He loves a challenge and doing things better.

Prior to Brandtology, Eddie was the founder and CEO of e-Cop Pte Ltd, which grew to become a market leader in the Information Security Industry. He pioneered the first 24/7 managed Security Services in the world. Previously he held senior management positions in IBM (NYSE:IBM) and Computer Associates (Nasdaq:CA).
